Simple, clean, and hopefully, keeping the ice cream frozen. The old frig was giving up the ghost, and trying to avert disaster, we replaced it. We discovered that all stainless steel is not created equal, and Frigidaire stainless will allow magnets to attach. An important feature. Mike brought a magnet with him to Sears so we could make sure this was true. So off with everything, and a serious culling took place. Important items were re-attached however.
